Late Policy
I allow you to pick the time of pickup or delivery. I give a 30-minute grace period for order pickup without prior made arrangements. After 45 minutes you may lose your order, and deposits are nonrefundable. If I am ever late on a delivery, I will refund 30% of the delivery fee for your inconvenience.
To place a cake order you need to tell me what size, flavors and the date you need your order. You can place an order through CakeKing’s Facebook page. Cake King’s business number is

A 3-week notice is required for any custom orders. Any order given with less than a 3-week notice will be charged a rush order fee between $25–$150. Any order that is needed with less than a 5-day notice you must pay in full at the time of order.
Deposit
A deposit is due to secure your order. The deposit is used after 24 hours to order items specific for your order, so it is nonrefundable under any circumstances. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund of your deposit. Your order is not confirmed until your deposit is paid.
You have 30 minutes after pickup or drop-off to let me know of any issues you may have with your order. After 30 minutes I am not responsible for your order, however, you are welcome to message me with any issues and I will try my very best to accommodate you.
I recommend trying some of our smaller products or order a sampler box before placing an order!
Delivery
Delivery. I am located in Beaumont of Southeast, Texas. It is $1 per mile plus $10 for cake delivery. There is a $25 flat rate for all Beaumont orders.
