Thank you for choosing Cake King! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order for shipped baked goods. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

📅Order Processing & Shipping Times

• All shipped items are baked fresh to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared and shipped.
• We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

📦Minimum Orders & Customization

• All shipped items are sold by the dozen, with a minimum order of one (1) dozen.
• You may customize your flavors and add-ons when placing your order. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order.

🚚Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

• We take every precaution to package your treats securely and use the best packaging materials available to help prevent damage during transit.
• Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Cake King is not responsible for any damage, delays, or mishandling caused by the shipping carrier.
• Please reach out to the carrier directly if your package arrives damaged.

• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
• If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
